Roger, and other conciliatory types, it was Gerry Weitz who dragged this into court, and it is Gerry Weitz who is responsible for the litigation that you claim is bothering you so. I think that for the good of everyone involved this should be settled asap. Here is a petition available at four locations for people to sign if they would like to see this resolved asap. Lets not drag this out threw the court system and waste considerable time and money. MSD and Weitz immediatelyshould initiate a conciliation compromise by entering into a binding legalagreement whereby Dr. Weitz will drop his lawsuit.  In turn, the Board mustagree to re-run the contested indefinite levy as an ordinary maintenance andoperations levy.  Such a conciliation compromise would leave intact the 2007- 2008 MSD budget submitted to the State Department of Education on June27."
