[Vision2020] Women in Authority and Leadership!

Well, I'm not an anti-Wilsonist, nor have I been following most of the
discussions on the woes of Christ Church. A good friend of mine is a
member of the church, and I've met Jim a few times and consider him an
extremely nice person. I don't share much, if any, theological concepts
with that church but I'm a strong proponent of the freedom to worship as
you wish. So if the context of your reply went over my head, I apologize.
It appeared to me that you were simply slamming women in response to a
couple of pro-women-in-the-military posts. That's the reason for my
snarky "good Christian" comment.
My handle is "god + shatter", but if you think "god's hatter" fits me
better feel free to think of it like that. Or, if you're thinking of
"shatter" as a scatalogical term, so be it. It's actually from a
science-fiction book I like called "A Fire Upon the Deep" by Vernor
Vinge. In the book, the term "godshatter" describes the often
bewildering actions of a character who has been taken over upon occasion
by an intelligence much greater than his own. His actions make no sense
at first, but there is usually a reason that is later recognized for
them. The experience usually leaves the victim of it in a mentally
deranged state, because the process is too damaging to a normal human
brain - basically shattering it. I liked the concept, and took the name
as my own.
