[Vision2020] Local Medical Practice Hurting?

What local medical practice is currently in the process of loosing ANOTHER 
of its doctors due to what some would consider "patient dumping procedures"? 
  They lost one doctor earlier this year and now it looks like the the Feds 
may be getting another one of them.

I would STRONGLY suggest that Dougie-Boy re-evaluate his placement of his 
thumb on this medical practice before what that medical facility ends up 
loosing is its most important factor - that being, the most innocent of 
patients, the new baby.

Of course its not uncommon for him or his "peeps" to care very little about 
the children, but their penchant for dumping pregnant mothers onto the only 
hospital or other local docs is going to cost them more than just a license, 
sooner or later.  It certainly has cost them two of their very best doctors 
in the past four months or so...doctors who apparently have something that 
Dougie and his best bud don't seemingly have - a conscience.
