[Vision2020] "Murder" rate in Moscow

Well, or why would they be relevant at all?  Isn't it sad that this many 
deaths have occurred this year?  I mean, we've been in Moscow for over 16 
years and never seen this much violence in any give 5year stretch, much less 
in one six-month period.

This is just not right.
