[Vision2020] Sitler wore his NSA uniform; Mr. Schwaller did not appear

As of Tuesday afternoon there was no Request to Withdraw from attorney
Wullenwaber in the case file. Until such a request is made and allowed by
the court, Wullenwaber remains an attorney of record in this case.

Needless to say, from Sitler's point of view Wullenwaber has done an
exceptionally fine job to this point judging by the results he has produced
while prosecutor Thompson has done a putrid, lax, and
against-the-public-interest one. Perhaps Sunil is being added to the
defense team for his knowledge of and ability to deal with criminal
procedure and the rules of evidence in criminal cases. [Just a guess.]
There are some interesting issues that will surely arise.

Before we get a bunch of irrational outpourings of nonsense: Sitler is
entitled by law to a comprehensive and aggressive legal
defense/representation including a searching look at the evidence that will
be presented and its admissibility, just like any other person.

My worry in this case, based on what has so far transpired, is that
prosecutor Thompson has neither the ability, the sense of importance to the
public interest, nor the drive/energy/fire to contest this matter
adequately. [Oh, for the days of Robin Eckmann!]

I think it important that those concerned about child sexual abuse, serial
pedophiles, and a lackluster prosecuting attorney attend the hearing in this
case now scheduled for 10:00AM, July 20, 2007.
