In Latah County, there's no dedicated public defender's office --
public defense is done by contract. Until recently, the contracts were
(I believe) held by Chuck Kovis and Sunil. Now that Chuck's given up
the contract, it's Jay Johnson, formerly of the prosecutor's office.
