[Vision2020] Ice Rink - Some light on why it is located at theFairgrounds

I believe a rural local such as Whitman County's is ideal. This has been a
political football in Latah County for years. I have also heard today that
a location in the corridor for the ice rink is being pursued by folks
across the border. jerry
