Andreas,

Sorry to here about your displeasue with Joel. I find the man quite 
honorable and very easy to work with. In fact I wish we had more like him.

Also I might have jumped a little late into this one, but if you are talking 
about Joel not owning property in Latah, you are quite wrong.
