"why are they so caught up in Moscow/Latah issues and are not more involved
with their own town?"
My question for you would have to be, how do you know she's not? You didn't
even realize that she is a downtown Pullman business woman. If you don't
know that much, how would you possibly know what her concerns are or what
she's involved with? It seems to me that with so many folks from Moscow
expressing such intense interest in the goings on of Pullman that for her to
have an interest and opinion about our chamber of commerce leadership is
eminently reasonable. A concept, it would appear, that you are acquainted
with slightly less well than Ms. Coggins herself.
