[Vision2020] #1 and Holding

Boy, do the math on that;

  "TomH.dfm.uidaho.edu (IP address of 129.101.104.179) accessed my blogsite
>> 31,578 times in the last year."

  If someone accessed a webpage 31,587 times while on the taxpayers payroll, and they spent an average of just 2 minutes each visit, that would be 63174 minutes, or 1052 hours on the site. If that person made $10 an hour that would $10,529 dollars of the tax payers money stolen. Even if this number was actually only 3158, that would still constitute a large amount of cash and time spend on just one website.

  Now, if I remember correctly, Dan Schoenberg got canned for just taking $5K over a ten year career. This person took over 10K in one year, if these numbers are correct.

  What is worse is that this was just one website and one person, how many other hours were spend on other websites on the taxpayer's dime?

  The average person only works 2000 hours a day, if 1052 of them are spend visiting irrelevant sites, no wonder UI is in such financial trouble.

  Best,

  Donovan

          Second that! You would think that with the financial problems that the U of I has these days that they would require a little more from the employees. Oh well, I guess that someone has to make sure that the office chairs don't float off...
