[Vision2020] #1 and Holding

A.  The rules of use of the UI computers, simply put, is that you can not 
USE them to conduct personal business.  It does not ***that's N  O  T **** 
say you can not read news sources, which Chicken Dale states his site is all 
about.  NO ONE at the UI is posting back to Chicken Dale's site or to the 
V2020 about anything on his site during business hours or from UI equipment.

Doug Farris, howemsoever, was CAUGHT repeatedly doing just that from the WSU 
computers as well as simply not getting his work done or done adequately 
enough.  Glass houses, Doug....
