I do not think at this point there is enough information on Obana's knowledge, positions, and capabilities to make a rational choice.  I look forward to rigorous debate to find out more about all the candidates.  I hope the present presidential disaster motivates more voters to listen and to insist on less bullshit and more issue oriented material from the various campaigns.  We are now in perhaps the most dire and risky position that humankind has ever faced.  An effective, prudent, open-minded, but imaginative leader is sorely needed in my opinion.

Does anyone find the prospect of his candidacy for the presidency exciting?  I fear, however, that he is not electable.
