Perhaps Obama may not be so attractive as the #1 man on the ticket, but he
is extremely appealing on the Edwards/Obama ticket.
What some people consider to be his liability (Obama's lack of experience),
may prove out to be an asset.
Edwards has already been through the grinder in 2004. Republicans found
Edwards' closet to be bare of any skeletons.
Kerry shouldn't even consider running (too much "baggage").
The Republicans would love to see Hillary Clinton run. She has flip-flopped
so many times (between conservative and liberal) these past couple years,
she has the pollsters confused. She is unreliable and carries too much
baggage.
The Edwards/Obama ticket is appealing (not only to those on the left of the
aisle, but also the "undecideds") and loaded with charisma.
Biden has the backbone, but no clout.
But, then, I have no idea what their handshakes are like. All I have to go
on are their track records. It's not like each of them has a staff of image
consultants like Dubya does.

Bushites, and Otterists, and
ChickenHawks, oh my....Barnum was right! Which way to the egress?

My first reply to this question was a bit abstract...
Here is a short more concrete reply:
Barak Obama.
Does anyone find the prospect of his candidacy for the presidency exciting?
I fear, however, that he is not electable.
