[Vision2020] comparing school to work programs

Here is a followup to the ongoing discussion in this community about school to work programs.

Education Week magazine does some great comparisons in how the different state's educational systems are doing...
The most recent (last week) is at:

This comparison is based upon the goal of providing a "seamless educational system" that helps kids move easily and effectively from school to college to career...

Anyway, Idaho is 35th of all states, WA is 22, in meeting this goal.

We are not doing very well.

For those who really want to study the data, what is very good about this Education Week report is that by opening the report Table of Contents on-line and selecting state reports,  you can see how those rankings were made.
