Mark,

I just want to say that I owe you an apology. I vented to a person that I 
have no beef with. I have heard the past accusations, which I have 
mentioned, but It was not my time or place to even come close to saying 
those things. Long day I guess.

Anyways let it be known, what I have said, has nothing to do with what you 
have done for our community, and your determination for water that makes it 
thrive.
