[Vision2020] vision 2020 proposal

My guess is that subjects of the CC or other hot issue topics are not all 
that taboo. It’s the road rage element that they are witnessing and having 
trouble with.
As with driving. Even though the space we have here is a privilege and not a 
right, there are all nature of participants.
