[Vision2020] vision 2020 proposal

Ted suggests:

"If that's the case, Debbie is not trying to keep CC discussion off 
Vision2020, but only attempting to modify the frequency and nature of the 
discussions on this issue, especially coming from a few subscribers who 
focus often on CC."

So does that mean we all get to submit subjects that we find objectionable 
and would not like to see here anymore or in reduced amounts?  'Cause if 
that's open to all of us, I do believe there are several subjects to be 
nominated for such a "point-out".
