Good question, Matt.  I do not recall.  I do believe, though, that Aaron
Ament filled a vacant seat.

Can anybody fill in the blanks?

Tom,

memory escapes me on this one, but what happened when Mike Hill had his 
medical problem. I remember he was replaced by Jon Kimberling, but how did 
that happen? Do you or anybody else know?
