[Vision2020] LHS/Gritman Voting Results/Get Private Health Insurance

Now THERE is progress.  Thank you Gritman (I had no doubt they'd come 
through. Nor did I ever doubt that this was their plan in the first place.)  
And thank you everyone that is on this committee.
