[Vision2020] Time Warner -- Video on Demand

For those of you with Time Warner cable, have you gotten the message on your
cable box that Video on Demand has arrived?  If so, has anyone figured out
how to access it?

Supposedly, access is via channel 999, but I'm not having any luck and would
appreciate input if anyone can shed some light on it.  I've been anxiously
awaiting arrival of VOD!
