I'll add to it his beautiful love
song "Longer Than," which Jeff and I had our friend sing at our
wedding.  



I believe Dan died of prostate cancer, and my father is a prostate cancer
survivor.  I hope all of my male friends out there get checked.  Too
many men die of this (including Frank Zappa and Bill Bixby) and I don't want to
lose any of you.

Just heard of the passing of singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg at the age of
56.  "Leader of the Band" and "Same Old Lang Syne" are
two of the most haunting, beautiful songs of the last few decades.
