Excellent song, keely. Not quite up to the caliber of the Moody Blues'
"Knights in White Satin" (with a philharmonic orchestra backup). But
excellent just the same.

I'll add to it his beautiful love song "Longer Than," which Jeff and I had
our friend sing at our wedding.
I believe Dan died of prostate cancer, and my father is a prostate cancer
survivor. I hope all of my male friends out there get checked. Too many
men die of this (including Frank Zappa and Bill Bixby) and I don't want to
lose any of you.

Just heard of the passing of singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg at the age of
56. "Leader of the Band" and "Same Old Lang Syne" are two of the most
haunting, beautiful songs of the last few decades. RIP. Carl Westberg Jr.
