[Vision2020] shoveling snow into the road

I agree that people should not be shoveling snow into the street but disagree that I should be responsible for shoveling half of the road in front of my home.  I have a very long lot and would need a tractor to accomplish it.  What are all those city taxes for.  I assume snow removal is a line item somewhere in there.

If they obstruct it, by refusing to remove the snow, or piling more snow onto it, they are breaking city ordinance. Please remove all snow and ice in the public right of way in front of your house. You could be sued if some poor elderly slips on it, or a wheelchair gets stuck in it.
