Making assumptions based on nonexistent evidence is generally ill advised. As to the "rule" violation, I didn't regret it then and I don't regret it now. I don't feel compelled to abide by arbitrary boundaries set up by persons unknown without my input and applied retroactively. If this doesn't set well with certain folks out there in cyberville all I can say is oh well.
