Although this cartoon, from today's (August 19, 2007) Spokesman Review,
concerns a Spokane parks and playgrounds levy back in May of 1910, somehow
it seems quite appropriate regarding Dr. Weitz' ill-founded complaint filed
against the Moscow School District's 1992 levy (and subsequent levies).
