The owner of the collapsed Utah mine where six miners are trapped should shut his cake hole.  This guy is standing in front the cameras emphatically claiming that an earthquake caused the collapse rather than his shoddy mine construction.  One if his quotes from today was "If they're dead, the shock of the earthquake - the concussion - killed them".  Does it really matter what cause the tragedy at this point?  The first order of business should be rescuing the miners.  Worry about spin / blame / liability later.
