[Vision2020] Hummingbirds?

I haven't seen any hummingbirds.  But, off and on for the past couple weeks
(once or twice every other day), I have had to chase a group (4 or 5) of
quail out from under my car in the morning.  Between them, the frequent
robins, and red squirrels, the parking lot outside my apartment is beginning
to look like Marlin Perkins' Wild Kingdom.

"Somewhere," I got the date of April 21 for the date to have hummingbird
feeders out & ready in our area, but I've yet to see any so far.
