Wrong interpretation on point 2. I think that the case of the Ministers Wife and that of The Burning Bed are entirely different from Fundamentalist Teaching. I sympathize with the lady in the Burning Bed case. She was terified and had no way to escape. Most women in Fundamentalist Churches can get out of the situation if they so desire.
Point 1. I have not read what Roy Atwood had to say. I do not know if Keely was refering to that or not. I understood her to be blaming Fundamentalist teaching. If I am wrong, I apologize to her.
