[Vision2020] Fw: CRAPO SEES CONSENSUS ON ABUSE, CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAMS

I was working on this two years before the vote, but there is no point is arguing with someone who already has his mind made up and has the attitude of don't confuse me with the facts.  Why don't you get on the case of those that were in the legislature! There is always more that everyone could have done. I would prefer a clam discussion, without invective. There is no need to hyperventilate.
