[Vision2020] Alarming Situation

Given what happened today in VA, does anyone know if UI or WSU have any kind 
of wide-ranging alarm system either active or in the works?  Lord forbid we 
ever have such a tragedy happen here but in case this or something else 
would...just how would the message get to everyone that something is 
terribly wrong on campus and all need to stay put?

For that matter, what about the younger people's schools?

What is sad is that that question even has to be asked much less considered 
or planned.
