Furthermore, upon your last post, I would also say that citizens such as a 
Jackie Wolfe calling the cops numerous times for minor infractions, cause an 
overwhelming stain on our over stressed police force. I'm am quite sure that 
you feel the same way, and will do your best to notify all agencies of these 
people along with these businesses.
