Because you are nothing but a student and have NO authority to speak on
their behalf. Has someone appointed you as the Information Officer for NSA?
No? Well then, be off with your bad self! Until you get a little more
long in the tooth, you have nothing to offer in the way of these questions
because YOU HAVE NO INFORMATION to give.
ANYone in authority at NSA that would care to stop cowering behind your
students and answer these questions? Or are we to assume you are hiding
because you may have something to hide?
