There is no doubt that I am intolerant of stupidity and uncivil to those 
that insist on continuously exhibiting it.  And Doug Farris, among others, 
has favored this list-serve with a super-abundance of ultra-stupidity, not 
to mention a super-abundance of evidence that he is certainly not a 
Christian despite his boastful, holier-than-almost-all pretense to same.

In fact, he may have been the original patient in the following story.


Doug Farris:  You got to help me doc, I gotta a killer case of hemorrhoids.

Doctor after making an examination:  You are correct.  You have a horrid 
case.  I am going to prescribe some mild suppositories for you.  Here are 
the instructions: two a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. 
Come back in two weeks.  We will look at the progress.

Farris returning after two weeks:  Doc, things are getting worse!  There is 
no progress.

Doctor:  Well, we will have to try some stronger suppositories.  Same 
instructions:  two a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.  Come 
back in two weeks.

Farris returning after two weeks:  Doc, things have gotten so bad, I can 
hardly sit down!

Doctor:  We will have to try the most potent suppositories there are.  The 
instructions:  six a day, one every four hours.  Come back in thirty days.

Farris returning in thirty days:  I am completely miserable now.  I have 
lost all my confidence in you.  Why for all the good the medicines you 
prescribed did, I might as well have shoved them up my ass!
