I hate to admit it, but we either have the same problem down here in the valley, or, some of your looney drivers have escaped from the Palouse.

I'm in favor of going one step further and revoking most of the drivers licenses in Moscow - anyone tried to cross a street on a bike or on foot lately? "Pedestrian Friendly" is just words in Moscow - you're safer jaywalking in Seattle than using a crosswalk in Moscow - students driving on the cellphone, etc. And apparently, if they pretend to not see you waiting to cross, they don't actually have to stop for you - must be some nuance of Moscow city code I am unaware of.

I agree. I certainly wouldn't trust most of the population of Moscow to own
a gun either.
