licenses in Moscow - anyone tried to cross a street on a bike or on foot
lately? "Pedestrian Friendly" is just words in Moscow - you're safer
jaywalking in Seattle than using a crosswalk in Moscow - students driving on
the cellphone, etc. And apparently, if they pretend to not see you waiting to
cross, they don't actually have to stop for you - must be some nuance of
Moscow city code I am unaware of.</DIV>
