What property exemption are you talking about? The one EVERYONE gets or
some other thing that has yet to be discussed here by anyone but you?
The "boarding fee" that the students are paying is more along the lines of
$350-$400/MONTH per STUDENT. With upwards of 5 students in one home, that
amounts to about $15,750 per YEAR or better, for just the one home. THAT is
not small change and I do not believe the Feds or State believe it is
either.
And sorry, but even you saying that they "pay with services" will not make
it true. They pay with money, greenback, payola, cabbage - you pick it.
But it is currency no matter what slang you use. You doubt that they pay
with money, check out the NSA site yourself. On it, they specifically tell
the students what to expect to pay.
And "rent" of an apartment is NOT the same as a boarding house situation.
What you may have done with landlords is not the same as what is being done
in the boarding houses. You may want to listen to what Dougie and his
illegals are saying instead of trying so hard to stick up for them by
putting false information out there.
