[Vision2020] Notch it down

What is the point, Lucy? One person was just urging another to stop using unkind remarks. Seems like we should do that more rather than less, given your understanding of the history of Vision 2020. No one was moderating anything. He was just giving some friendly advice.

is moderated or it's not. Either you give every subscriber an opportunity to
