That "retail space" has ALWAYS been occupied by kirker-owned and
Wilson-controlled businesses since NSA moved in there. That is NOT putting
anything back into the community, only into the kirker pockets. A verra
unpleasant prospect since if/when the owner displeases Dougie - out they go!
The Council says they have to have "retail space" but they failed to
recognize that kirker businesses will be the ONLY businesses allowed in
there.
