[Vision2020] the Donovan effect on downtown

Dan, not a correction but an addition. To the best of my, admittedly, 
sometimes faulty knowledge, back in the actual day that building had no 
retail frontage. After GTE had moved the bulk of its operations out of that 
location they used a few hundred sq. feet of the NE corner of the building 
for a "phone boutique," but as far as retail goes, that was it. There is far 
more retail frontage now then at any time in the phone company's tenure. In 
fact there is more then when First Step had the space, more then there has 
ever been. (since GTE left. Can't speak for pre-phone co. you'd need to 
query bro' Carl for that one.)
