[Vision2020] Parking

Thanks Bill for sharing this. Rather than assuming the Council saw it, are
you going to call it to there attention, perhaps as a recommendation that
they look into what Commission or special task force would consider these
and other ideas and build a consensus toward a recommendation? If not, I'll
call it to their attention at the public comment period Monday night.
