[Vision2020] Naylor Farms Public hearing

Is there not also a problem with their use and basic take-over of the 
aquifer of the area?  Would it not basically shut down any other 
developments due to their use of the water?  Is it not also speculated that 
they could/would drain or at the very least strain that part of the CITY'S 
water supply to the point of no return or verra close to it?
