If businesses downtown are entitled to city provided parking because they pay taxes, why aren't business not located downtown that pay taxes entitled to city provided parking?
How many spaces is the Bookpeople, the Abode, Gyros, and Goodwill entitled to have?
Perhaps if we knew how many they are each entitled to have, we could then determine how severely each business is being harmed.
