Not let them out especially when you consider that we are talking about
cases that number over 20 and in one case nearly 100 victims - in multiple
states.
Time to revoke their ability to be in society as they have proven they can't
operate in it. If the "sanity" of these "men" is the question - make them
and us more sane by keeping them away from temptation and future potential
victims.
