[Vision2020] Coe transferred to special commitment center onMcNeilIsland

Although Sitler has admitted to doing wrong, which (in my opinion) is the
first step in a long, long journey to "recovery", Coe has not admitted to
any wrong.  Coe continues to claim that he was a model citizen prior to his
incarceration and that he was wrongfully convicted.  In one statement, Coe
claimed that his prosecution and subsequent conviction are the result of
insurmountable coincidences.

Although society my accept Steven Sitler back onto the "streets" eventually,
I fail to see any potential likeliness in the community of Spokane for Kevin
Coe.
