[Vision2020] Safety Concerns

I agree that the children should be told; but, honestly, did you do 
EVERYthing your parents told you to do and/or stop what they told you to 
stop?  Things happen and you cannae be with them 24/7, especially in this 
society when both parents work and are at work during the school hours.  It 
is then the responsibility of those adults in charge of things to make sure 
it is as safe as possible.

Secondly, how about the fact that those pipes were coming loose from their 
ties and are less than 20 feet from the road?  All it would have taken was 
for one of them to roll into the street into on-coming traffic, cause a very 
serious accident and then what?  Would you have blamed the driver for being 
on the road at the wrong time?

Get real...this needed to be taken cared of, it was, end of story.
