This is a good discussion. I apologize if my comment does not seem relevant.
Seems to me that there is a balance problem. I agree that the market should
generally set price but I also tend to think that the shoe sewer in Bangkok
and the workers at Wal-mart should have the same voting power as recognized
stake holders, with equal representation along with the stock holders.
Voting with your feet has nothing to do with equality of representation.
Although its better than nothing, as Im sure Harriet Tubman might have
agreed.
When only the propertied can vote in a system. There is going to be trouble.
