Vandals vandalize Vandal slogan on Lewiston store

The "Go Vandals" sign outside a Lewiston business may have provoked an
attack from real vandals. 

At 6:30 a.m., the Lewiston Police Department found rock throwers had broken
out three large windows of Columbia Paint at 1606 21st St. Damage was
estimated at $3,000. 

Nothing was stolen from the store. 

The police report, however, noted fans and band members from Boise State
University and the University of Oregon had been walking up and down 21st
Street throughout the night.

Although the Idaho Vandals are not ranked in the top 20, a lack of maturity
and responsibility speaks volumes.
