Em...not without a license to do electrical work, which a search of the 
State of Idaho License Public Record shows HE DOES NOT HAVE.  So, unless 
Dougie and his bunch are willing to break yet ANOTHER law and hire a man 
that is UNlicensed to do electrical work, I don't believe Doug will be doing 
any electrical work for them or anyone - legally, that is.
