[Vision2020] Market Over Flooded

Uh, yes I did talk to the property managing entities in Moscow...those were 
their numbers, not mine.

Just because ONE segment is doing ok, does not make them all doing ok.  
Remember, we lost a good number of students this year and if you talk to the 
housing people, THEY are not thrilled with the lack of students choosing to 
go else-where for their housing.

I do not believe we need additional housing when it is obvious we have so 
many houses up for sale right now and so many apartments and dorms that are 
empty.

And Schwitzer is only ONE employer.  They certainly can not continue to hire 
ALL the people that need work in this area.  Seems to me that's relying on a 
single employer to cure the ills of the employment segment...isn't that what 
has been happening with the UI?  Look what happened there.

You can disagree, that's fine.  And to make you feel better, I do not 
personally feel those new apts on "A" street are all that ugly.  At least 
they are not falling apart and they seemingly are clean.
