[Vision2020] downtown: Moscow/Pullman Hwy. Mall?

I heard recently that they were going to start breaking ground soon
across
from Safeway, but maybe my source was wrong. It makes sense for Walmart
to want a central location too bad they need to put in a whole new
building, rather than planning ahead when they built the current store
for
potential growth in the future.
This area is not big enough to support
two super walmarts, so I for one am glad there will only be one store
between the two towns. Two super walmarts seems like a little over kill
to me, lets shoot for a little more choice, maybe Target, Fred Meyer,
Etc.
Choice is a good thing.
